Just 2 quick questions here. If I click on your profile and it says "all tuts are for sale, just wall be before you hire one." Or something along those lines.. Would you want me to wall you also if I'm not going to hire your tutors? Also, If your profile says "Wall me if not hiring tuts." (Typo) and I hire one without walling him/her (because he/she only said to wall if NOT hiring tuts) should one get mad because I didn't wall them?
At my stats I dont ask to hire or wall. Most of the tuts I can afford arent a huge loss to anyone lol. I do check if the owner is in a sfw or real war, other then that I hire.
Exactly what was said.... It is a FREE MARKET. You do not have ownership over any darn person in this game. Yes many spend a lot of investment with helping their tutors out, but if you want to keep them you should already OP them to something ridiculous so they have less of a chance being hired, or just hire back. They are the ones that have the option of gaining money from a tut being hired, or investing more to keep. It is THEIR decision if they decide to keep so people whining so much saying things like " you cost me money for having to hire back, you need to give it to me one way or another" is just absolutely ridiculous. No one forces them to hire back and the majority of people that do whine and complain, they can make the money they "invested" in keeping that tutor by hitting their farm once. People seem to cry too much lately, and would rather have drama or cause an issue over something so little to put excitement into their day, or to get attention that they crave so much.
I agree with jenni. Majorly. Tutors aren't your property they do to the highest bidder period. If you want to keep make them undesirable for others to hire them. If you're going to keep a good active tutor up or market value be aware that they may get taken. I recently bumped a tutor of mine to a tril because I want to keep him.
