Something light and aromatic without being too over bearing. What about a vegetable broth with thin slices of mushroom and green onion. It's light and will open the palette.
well, thanks for ur comments guys. i gathered most of ur ideas and came up a decision. points taken: - shouldnt be thick - taste shouldnt be over powering - aromatic - clear so my decision is to make a tofu in clear water soup
