༄гєɠคl-гєภєɠค๔єร༄༄NEEDS a experienced Co owner 200kcsAdmin 40kcs so why is it so hard now for new clubs to get off the ground and do well. Yesterday I wasted 60 speakers recruiting and the response is so poor. Pros are great but there's not much hope for new clubs to grow. It seems to be who you know in the game and not who you want to know. I support new players and do my best to help encourage others to grow but it's not easy when so many people give up and new clubs just fail. I've merged in the past and that's not the answer!
New clubs are a brutal pain because of so many mercs as free agents. The party unlocking system ensures that some clubs will always have that advantage. Anyone looking for rock star items will go to a club with that party unlocked. Combine that with stat elitism and new clubs have to fight to prove themselves. But you are an awesome and capable leader, so I know your club will rise up
I think it's an issue with the jobs being hard when you get to do them ppl want to ug fast and then turn into control freaks they forget it's a game. But some jobs to hard some parties to hard ug to slow and to get to the upper levels is so slow. Just my 2 cents worth
