you said she likes to sing so I'd say karaoke machine if you can get one along with music for $50 or less. if not you can also get musical type games and a microphone. I'm not a fan of gift cards cause you don't put much thought into the gift. however, if all else fails give her a gift card to her favorite store or give her the money to buy what she wants. find out other things that she likes and go from there. she may not be picky and appreciate whatever her big brother gets her
