Callum They start out with stretches and get themselves warmed-up with a game of "wall-tennis" with their coach. Once sufficiently warmed-up they start practicing somersaults and working on their take-offs and flips from a block into a crash mat. Then moving on to the trampoline doing somersaults and flips. Then they move onto the strength training part of their workout. They do dumbell wrist curls and use a Thera-Band to do lateral raises and over head extensions. They spend their last hour practicing their take-offs and entries, along with handstands for the last hour
