help needed

  1. I've been trying to buy ec from the store but for some reason it keeps saying enter a payment method and won't let me purchase. Also I can't even download apps no more(free apps). It Keeps on saying enter payment method 

  5. Try contacting apple about the problem?

    Or try this. Go to App Store, go to featured, and scroll all the way to the bottom.
    Press on your apple ID, and it should ask you for your password. After you put your password in, select 'view account' then payment information, and try putting In all your info there,
    then come back to PIMD and try to buy EC. it shouldn't ask for payment information again, just your password to confirm the purchase.

  6. Maybe get a credit card or iTunes card that can purchase things off iTunes. That might help.

    Not having a valid payment probably means you don't have a valid payment method

  8. I used the credit card to buy ec last week and worked fine. Then I try to download a free app and says you need to update billing information, I enter everything and it says this payment method is declined  this is how I bought $19.99 then 4 $0.99 

  9. You might be buying too much EC, and it might be sending a red flag to whoever your credit card company is.

    Usually the card owner will get a call or a text from the bank.
