  9. If it was a FV I'd do it in a heartbeat just cause you a smaller stat doesn't make you untouchable if you can't face the consequences then don't do it. Everyone knows there is a risk of being hit through buying tutors. Even lcbc are hit over it so dont think smaller stats are just targeted.
