Many, you're going to get yourself banned.
But I guess now we all know why you're silenced. If you can't read and follow rules, please don't bother playing a game that has them.  Have a nice day

 Why don't you trying asking your pupil to hire one tutor? Then in two days ask him/her again to hire one. You can do this until your tutors are gone. Or you can try asking friends to hire one. There are many other techniques you use to get rid of tutors just use your imagination. 
