Hello  Well there are a lot of guides that you can read in forums to help you on your PIMD journey. You can start off by going to Forums>About>Strategy. Also, try joining a club. They can teach you the basics. Have fun! 

The best thing you could do for upgrading is get a volley to 500M, and use that money to upgrade. Then start doing parties and farming. Don't really waste your energy on jobs yet. ( I'd personally hold off on the farming until you reach 10KCS)

I know all this sounds like mumbo-jumbo, but it'll make sense soon.
