Last night, I went to the best concert I've ever seen. I went with my dear mummy and two mini me's to the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, England, to see Robbie Williams. Robbie is married to an American called Ayda Field (I think she's an actress or something) and now lives in L.A. He hasn't toured solo since 2006. Robbie was in one of the biggest English boy bands of the 1990's, Take That, who recently reunited for a tour which he joined. His support act, Olly Murs, was a finalist on The X Factor. He didn't win but has actually made a career, unlike most x-factor winners. The night was amazing. Robbie Williams is an amazing showman. Despite once being dismissed as 'the fat dancer from Take That' by Liam Gallagher from Oasis he had the entire stadium on their feet from beginning to end. Being in England and particularly in Manchester, the rain pelted down and he slipped and slid across the floor, smirking more and more as he did so, belting out hit after hit. I only wish I could post video This concert was particularly poignant for me. As some of you may know, my dad passed away last year. When we found out that Robbie and olly were touring together, I decided to spend some of the money he left me on buying my kids one last present from their grandad (he hated the amount of toys they have). My daughter adores Olly Murs and wants to marry him and my son loves Robbie Williams. I've always been a huge Robbie fan, as had my mum. My brother, who was also a huge Robbie Williams fan died in 1999. Robbie's biggest song, Angels, among others, was played at his funeral. It was, all in, an emotional affair with some huge significance. After watching such an amazing show, I'm pretty sure that dad would have approved on what his money paid for. So. After a ramble, my question is, what is the best concert you have ever seen? Which concert would you have loved to have seen? Personally, if I could go back, I'd love to have seen Queen for Live Magic 86. Now, I think I'd like to see Lady Gaga but after last night I'm not sure what could top it. I'm still hoarse from singing
I went to a Metallica concert that was god damn awesome I've also been to a foo fighters concert they were amazing and i have also been to a Michael bubble concert ( yes I know that's not how his names spelt ) and he was hilarious he was teasing himself all night lol and his voice is amazing
I wish i could of gone to a nirvana concertthey are my favourite band i hope to one day go to a pearl jam concert

Thanks rain I saw Bryan Adams years ago. He was good lol. I want to go to Glastonbury. That's now on my wish list
