    Step 1) Make friends with big strong players

    Step 2) Voice your opinion on forums, we all want to know what you think

    Step 3) Buy ecs to speed up your growth

    Step 4) Beg people from step 1 to give you dvs

    Step 5) Share your wisdom with all the newbies/noobs in pimd

    Step 6) Apply for mod if you've completed the first 5 steps, you're a legend now

    TL;DR - you missed out, now you'll never be almighty like Kelon :D
