You can look at their status, wall and if they have any tutors

 

Also check their wall for recent posts, recent gifts on their profile, send them a gift or wall them to see if they respond.

 

U can hit couple of times. If he didn't hit back he might be innactive

 

Wall them "are you active" then Hit them once… if they don't return hits or tell you "quit it" within 24 hours hit them twice then farm away if still no response

What if that person comes on on weekend and not weekdays

 

You can also check their fight and dance statistics.

 

Look at the last award they achieved. If it is like Achieved 6 days ago, then they are probably active. Also, check if they upgrade or downgrade.

 

Note on them and see what happens 
