Actually. I'll post em by groups I'll skip the unanswerable ones. What does empowerment mean? How can you provide exceptional guest service when 96% of unhappy guests do not tell us there is a problem? How can you feel confident that 95% of unhappy guests will return to your hotel because their complaint was resolved quickly? What is the importance of asking 'How may I assist you?' 'How are you today?' 'How was your day?' ? What is a closed question? What is an open ended question? What kinds if questions give you the most information?
Closed question I believe is when you have limited answers. Open question is when you have many answers. Like "what do you like about pimd?" As opposed to a closed question which gives you choices. Like "what do you like about pimd? a)gifts b)parties c)meeting people" etc etc. Right? Pretty sure that's right
Yeah, seems right Closed is like a multiple choice question on a test, and open end question is like an essay
It could maybe be that an open question opens up to a conversation. A closed one on the other hand does not lead to a convo .
By addressing frequent customers on their first name basis would create personalised service. And by asking them how their day was etc, would form a bond and thus increase the relationships formed between the hotel and the customer. That would enhance customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction can lead to customer loyalty. And customer loyalty would ensure that they will keep coming back hehe marketing major.
