Upgrading Time 

  1. Hello! I'm currently working on my 20bil job. I'm planning on upgrading after that but I'm looking for some help. I haven't played in a long time and just got back on a month ago. I'm looking for someone that can tell me the best way to upgrade. 

  3. Put in T4s but don't upgrade them no more than Level 2 then Start saving more and buy T5s :)

  7. Do what Peeta said to do. T4's that are level 3 or higher reduce plunder.
