Got your attention? Good. For those that don't know me, I only post on forums when I'm mad about some silly issue and I've been drinking. Well, I'm pissed and I'm still drunk from last night. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR POLITICAL VIEWS OR YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, It is Memorial Day weekend here in the U.S.A., thank a veteran of the military service. That's it. Just say thank you. A simple thank you. Most of us that joined the military, joined for various reasons. Glory and thanks are usually nowhere on our lists. Political issues aside, most of joined because we have pride in the country that we served. We that have served all know someone that has paid the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Even those who haven't been in the military probably know, or have a family member that has died in service of their country. So please, thank a vet. Learn more about what they did, ask questions. You'd be surprised and what you may learn. Thank you for your time.

I'd like to thank all those who served before me, along side me and are currently serving! One day they will be veterans also. So remember while you have your extra day off work and are out bbq'n and drinking that beer.....your able to do those things because people laid their lives on the line! Semper Fi!

I tend to use Memorial Day to reflect on our losses as a country, and Veterans Day as a day to celebrate and honor those who choose to serve. Obviously, can do both on each day, but I try to give each holiday its due. If you live near a military cemetery, consider taking a trip this weekend. Bring flowers or a wreath. The men and women buried there helped make it possible for you to do this.
Awesome ditch but there's one problem if I see a guy or girl in uniform on the streets it a person with a vet hat on no matter what time of year it is I always shake there hand and say thank you for your service to our great country.
God bless America And it's right to thank the brave men who fought, still fighting and will be fighting for the glory of our homeland.
Thank you to all of those who have served, to those who are serving and to the families who have lost. You all have given a huge chunk of yourselves so that we can all remain free and safe in our great country.
Shout out to my baby brother, he's a helicopter pilot/paramedic in the army, and after 2 tours in the Middle East, and 1 tour in Africa, he is still with us today. God Bless all members of our military and their families, those that are still with us and those who are not. Thank you for your commitment and the sacrifices you have made for your country. It is not easy to be a soldier and I thank God every day that we have people that choose to join to protect us despite the trials and tribulations. Thank you To the military spouses that stick by their husbands, wives, and partners every day of their lives
