I think it's a common courtesy, actually hire or don't hire if the tutor asks their pupil first it's nothing more than I sign or respect, in the end it's up to the tutor, I never make tutors stay with me. This thread is ridiculously named.
Slavery is a strong word that I would not use in this game. Furthermore, my Pupil is awesome! I am not his property nor does he treat me as such. I think that those that help tutors grow should be able to hold on to them, but if others hire just hire back. If a tutor wants to stay with pupil then ask person to stop hiring you. If person doesn't care what you want tutor then spam them. Bother them until they drop you. It helps trust me. I mean it's a little immature but gets the job done.

I personally find this topic very ingesting and the points given by both sides. I agree with miller mostly and Viagra i for one didn't get vollied til playing the game for two months after i already had 5kcs by doing jobs by myself. The relationship you have worm you're pupil and/or tutors its all up to you. In my experience most people are willing to help you out in this game, excerpt for the select few who have fun by giving everyone a hard time
Hiring is part of this game especially if you have under priced tutors. Besides why people so serious this is just a GAME silly ╮(╯▽╰)╭
Free market all around. Do you really check who owns the tut. I know I don't. Just look at stats and hire price
You will agree with this when u wanna find new tut for building TB, at least to me but if u are in the position of the one holding ur tut u won't agree I believe especially if u talk to ur tut or teach him or her. That can't be counted by money but it costs patience time and all
