pimd stole ten bill from me

  1. Qell i baught a t5 and pimd took ten bill but gave no t5 i contacted support they said give it 48 hrs 52 hrs later they told me after numerouse complaints tried saying i droped my t5 that i never got wtf
     
  2. I got told my account silence would be lifted on February 1st... I contacted support on the 2nd and they told me My silence sends in July.

  4. Let me get this right,support don't want to own up to a system mistake because they fear others will try to make the same complaint. I am sure this isn't the first time something like this happened.Continue to contact them. Right is Right
     
  5. I've had friends before T5 were brought
    out that had this same problem. They
    were not reimbursed. It's similar to when
    ATA decide to reset tutors on us all.
    They only still pay us the 60% which I
    and many others disagree with. And
    its disappointing for all that have either
    worked hard to earn the on game cash
    or for those that have spent real money
    to obtain the game money only to have
    it wrongfully taken away because ata
    have made that decision.

  7. Same thing happened with a lvl 2 t5 I bought ( I only buy them if I can make it lvl 2) I went into my dorm and my exchange student was gone! My old math genius was staring back at me! I never got a reply from ata.. 19.5 b lost forever.

  10. Emailing them over, and over again will just irritate them.

    If you have any proof that it stole you T5, then email them that proof once again.

    Other than that, there's nothing you can really do.

    If we have any problems/concerns, we are supposed to email support, therefore they need to help us. So, like I said. Continue to email them. :)

    Yes, you may try always emailing them about it until they;

    Replace the 10B/Blacklist you on their support address. 

    Keep emailing them. 

  16. Cuddly needs to be quiet if you asked me and it was up to me permently silenced players would never get unsilenced I know I'm gonna take alot of shit from that but when u start the game you read the rule book. If you break thoughs rules tough luck jack suck it up.
