I think support quit.

  1. I've been trying to get my old account back for a week now and support has not even emailed me, messages me, acknowledged my existence. Did ATA fire support or are they just very slow?

  4. support isnt here to be your friend. they are here to answer the least ammount of questions they can, get paid, and go home. ATA doesnt like me, you, or any of us. they are here to make money, and like i said, not be anyone's "friend"
     
  5. They used to be friends. I remember having a little chat with Ariana, Rob, or Justin from the support team. They replied in about a hour at most, and they didn't have automated answers. Now, even they're automated answers bot seems to have grown bored of the task and became lazy.
     
  6. i remember holding small talk with ATA too... those days have been long gone

  8. Those were the best. Chatting with support was nice. Now I can't even get a simple device transfer...
     
  9. Lol. It took them 2 days to reply to me once. still have friendly chats with support  not often though.
     
  10. I imagine the automated replying bot program popping up a window saying something like: "That job is fucking lame. I quit. Get your own shit done like it used to be done, you sloths."  Then the bot program gets back to its virtual house with its wife and kids. Its wife is all mad because it quitted the only job that could be done, and then they do a collective shutdown. 
     
  11. It's been 4 since I sent the first message. I sent it again today because everything is better when you spam their mailbox 

  13. Well I want no part of this game if they block me after 2 messages.
     
  14. I don't think they have blocked you. It would take a lot to have them block your email.
