Dumb Answer So some idiot hosted a war, his side was winning but he never joined. Everyone on the other side had left because they were losing, leaving only 3 people on their side. The idiot from the winning side was being selfish and greedy so he kicked everyone right before the end so he could keep the money for himself. When he kicked the last warring member, he forfeited the war because he never joined, leaving the 3 on the losing side to get the war tax. This was shocking to everyone so those 3 losers and the selfish idiot started testing this mishap to see if it was a glitch but it wasn't. Thus when PWARs began!!
