It's basically like this:

Starts off with some German..
Then you hear, RAMM!! STEIN!!

Then some light drumming and Rammstein sing starts singing in German.

Afterwards, you hear a crazy mini solo that sounds like something like what Tenacious D would do.

After that ends, more German than very strange sounds play.

Kinda like farting noises and high pitched meowing.

Then you hear RAMM!! STEIN!! Again.

And a banjo starts playing.

After that you hear two people that sound like cartoons.

There conversation follows:

Girl: I was not even thinking about the dishes!
Guy: Das is good?
Girl: Das is super! Give it to me, hotstuff!

Then more strangeness..
I'm just going to stop describing right there.
