Here is my own theory on the greatest KND mystery ever. So we may forget about Numbuh 0. I`m talking about... The recommissionning device. Spoken Operations: Z.E.R.O., E.N.D., G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S. Here`s a part of his trivia section on the Wikipedia article: "*In the movie (Op. Z.E.R.O.), it is stated that there is a machine that can reinstate a decommissioned K.N.D. member. This could possibly mean that Tommy could be reinstated in the KND. However, the machine is now broken again. The continuity problem brought by this movie is: if ex-operatives can't be reinstated due to the above mentioned failsafes, how could Tommy make the codemodule accept the DCFDTL's/Sector Z's boogers? Three reasons: 1.Sector Z was never actually decommissioned. (in that case, 2.Tommy wouldn't have to reinstate them to make the DCFDTL vulnerable to the animalization ray) 3.The DCFDTL are different due to the transformation they underwent. The KND lied to him about the failsafes." Step 1: Finding the Problem- Because Numbuh 86 used it on Sector V after the events of Operation E.N.D., the Recommissioning device could reinstate Tommy in the KND. Step 2: Chronology- A. Numbuh 0 starts the seventh generation of KND. B. Numbuh 0 creates the Recommissioning device. C. The machine has probably been broken. D. Sector Z is transformed into the DCFDTL by Father. The Delightfulization machine got a bug and was raised to eleventy billion degrees which delightfulized them forever. E. The KND are decommissioned during Operation E.N.D. F. The KND are recommissioned by Numbuh 86, who uses the Recommissioning device that was supposedly broken but which works. G. Operation G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S., Tommy becomes a KND. H. After Father`s most recent attack which turns all KND into animals, Tommy must decommission himself to save the organization. The DCFDTL are not affected by the rays, which is part of the problem. I. Operation Z.E.R.O., the Recommissioning device is stolen by the Villains to recommission Grandfather, which proves once again the Recommissioning machine has always been working. J. Numbuh 1 uses the device on his father, who becomes back Numbuh 0. The last proof the the machine works. K. At the end of the movie, the device is broken for the first time, since it has actually never been broken. Step 3: The Facts- 1. Sector Z have been delightfulized for life. The delightfulization ray was extremely powerful during the process, at least 1000 times higher than normal, so maybe the process erased everything the DCFDTL had with the KND, including their thoughts, pasts, and missions, leacving zero trace of KND. It`s probably why the DCFDTL haven`t been animalized by the ray. 2. Numbuh 86 always knew the recommissioning device was working, and used it for Sector V. 3. The device broke at the end of Z.E.R.O., and unless it is repaired (impossible), Tommy will never be a KND anymore. Last Step: The Answers- 1. The machine was always working, and was broken for the first time at the end of the movie. 2. The DCFDTL had forgotten everything about KND. But the device probably reactivated their memories, so they came back as Sector Z to help Numbuh 1. But the process reverted after some time, and they once again lost all their memories. 3. During G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S., I noticed Numbuh 86 never appears back after she turned into a dog. So she never heard Tommy at the end when he told his choice of becoming “The Tommy”. She never got any chance of seeing him back, and so helping him to come back as a KND operative. 4. Anyway, have Tommy ever said he wanted to come back as a KND? He`s sure he will save the KND organization once again, and his statute as a non-KND prevents him from falling into traps such as Father`s one into G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S. I read it. There was a theory about Ash being in a coma. Pokemon creepypasta (unfortunately can't copy/paste it) I'm paraphrasing, but maybe the first episode with the spearrow incident sent Ash in a coma. It explains how he never seems to age compared to the other characters. Or he's dead .-. Could explain the reason why he's never recognized even though he's won a lot of competitions. I think he made it to the top 16.
