In the abyss (role play)

"Earth got used up, so we terraformed a whole new galaxy of Earths, some rich and flush with news technologies, some not. Central planets formed alliances, waged war to bring everyone under their rules; some idiots tried to fight back among them myself. I am Reece Shepards, captain of Serenity. She's a transport ship, firefly class. I have a good crew on board: fighters, a pilot, mechanics. We even have a priest on board for some reason, and a bona fide companion. There's a doctor too, got his genius sister out of some Alliance Camp, so they're keeping a low profile. You understand. You've got a job, we can do it. Don't care much what it is though."

In the year 2517, the crew and passengers onboard the Serenity are struggling to stay up in the sky. Jobs are hard to find, even if you're willing to do anything. Small time crime doesn't pay quite like it used to, and with the Serenity crumbling underneath their feet, the crew are desperate to find work of some kind, or leave before it's too late.
The crew is dwindlig maybe it's time to find some new recruits.
