Have you heard the word fun run? Obviously, you do. BUT! Have you joined? Maybe/Maybe not. Well, my second time doing a fun run was amazingly-awesome. My lil brother's school (grade school) um, asked me to join their fun run, and all I have to pay is $2 to go in, because my lil bro's school is working on their mini theater. I woke up 3:30AM and got to the place 4:10AM. Quite late because the registration is 4:00-4:30. So when the fun run started, it started with a FUN WALK, huh. and then after, all were starting to run. Some kids didn't walk, because they're not sweating. I don't wanna judge but thats my opinion. I was attacked by fat guys running. Which made them fall. Now my question is; what is your experience in doing a fun run? Have you joined? How many times? ~
"have you heard the word fun run?" Two words I was talking about the first sentence flinstone, what has my name got to do with anything?
Just a question Mrs. Beans OP, i actually have participated in one of these events. It was in 4th grade people of the community would donate money for each mile ran. However, the students/parents would have to look for the sponsers and negotiate a deal. Thanks for the memories OP Cheers
Fun run is not fun so why the hell they call it fun I don't know! When I was in primary they would make us do three laps of this massive field, everyone struggled. Now this wasnt because we were not fit, because we were. For example I'm really good in hockey which is squatting as you run and powerful hits, the pitch is bigger than a football pitch. So I guess to me and others it wasnt fun but if you like that sort of thing it is fun.
