  1. I hereby charter the Forum Government of P.I.M.D.
    This government shall have a President, a Vice-President, and a cabinet of secretaries. The forumers may vote for the President and Vice-President. The President shall select cabinet officers with the approval of the Vice-President. Until there is a Forum President and Vice-President, I shall act as executive officer of the Forum Government of P.I.M.D. in the office of Surpreme Chancellor of the Forums. I shall oversee the first elections, call the winners, and advise the winners on their actions as officers.
    The first election shall start today and end on Easter Sunday, A.D. 2013.
    Resolution passed on March the twentieth, A.D. 2013
