If they planned this war right. I'd have a different opinion. But it is a sad excuse of a BoS war. They know it. We all know it.
Please everyone go. The mod team and I pushed and pushed for this to happen because its good for the community. Go to show the devs they have been wrong for the past 26 months about PIMD and that we are ready for these events and can handle them. Roy is right. The event was planned quickly and with out much planning (the mods proposal was much better laid out) in order to distract/give the veteran players a reason to play. Instead of showing the devs they were right all this time and boycotting, prove them wrong and go. War like crazy and show ATA that they are wrong about PIMD.
Um, that's offensive. It's ATA who has made PimD players like they are. Why don't they prove us wrong for once?
I'm sure ski cares about what we are saying just as much as us. He does bring a valid point. This is a really touchy subject.
Not Ski's post. :| The whole "Let's show the devs they were wrong about us". The fault of the community is on their shoulders, ya know. They choose to advertise the game as Perv central, that's what they're going to get. So, they shouldn't be judging us as a whole when the blame is on them.
You gotta remember the devs are a corrupt group of people. They do whatever they want. I've said where I stand.

Its a business guys. Thats the simplest point. The founders need to grow PIMD, so we get this ad campaign, because they feel it will help the game grow. They also dont want to lose their customers who dont like the ad campaign, so we get the BOS. No matter your feelings, ATA is a business and they need to make money and are going to do what makes the the most money. KaW makes the a lot of money, so they have gotten more advanced features before we did. There are now dedicated members of the development team who are working on advanced features for PIMD. The mods work with these guys and girls daily to help grow the game. It is a balancing act. Ignore the new players, farm them, make friends with them, I dont care, but with out new players joining and ATA making money, they can not stay open for business and we wont have a game to play for long. Go to the BOS. Dont be "that guy" or "that girl" who doesnt go and kicks them selves for not being there. The BOS should be the start of something really really cool for PIMD.

The 4 hour BOS that isn't fair to half of the world? Support the Devs by going to an event they set up that doesn't consider a large part of the community!
