This Saturday, March 16th, we're pitting guys against girls in the ultimate Battle of the Sexes! Anyone can join! To sign up, visit the forums this Friday, Mar 15th at 9 a.m. PDT when we'll reveal the secret Club you'll need to join. Sign-ups end at 8 a.m. PDT on Saturday, March 16th. Sign up early, because if there's an unbalanced number of girls and guys, we'll remove the members who signed up last! The Battle of the Sexes begins this Saturday, March 16th at 9 a.m. PDT and lasts 4 hours. Good luck and may the best team win! ☆★☆★☆ FAQ Q: What if my avatar is a girl, but I'm a guy in real-life? A: We will categorize you as a guy or girl based on your avatar. Q: Are there prizes? A: Yup! Everyone who participates will get an award - and winners will receive a super rare trophy! We'll give these out the following Monday. Q: Will there be more weekend wars? A: Definitely! This is the first iteration of this event, so we will be taking feedback and improving the experience in future events based on how this one goes.
From Jen, the rest of the mod team and the devs: The mods have been talking to the developers for awhile about organizing wars and a Battle of the Sexes war. The reason it is being released so soon is because the devs themselves are excited about this war and want to get it out as soon as they can so they can evaluate how it goes and and how they can improve upon it in the future. So get pumped for wars! The community has been begging for them for awhile! The war will be as large as the smallest groups, if that makes sense. So if there are 1000 girls that sign up, and 1200 boys that sign up, when they are split into the boys and girls groups, the last 200 boys that signed up will be dropped to even it out. There will be a limit of 2 doctors for the war. I hope that clears some things up. Recap: No signing up, just show up If you have a girls avatar, join the girls club If you have a boys avatar, join the boys club If you have the wrong avatar, switch 4 hour war 2 dn max per player Clubs will be open friday evening NO MAX PLAYERS!!!
