There are 8 role plays on the first page. This is getting a little ridiculous. See, the thing is, fan fiction is for both role plays and stories. But the writers don't like there to be too many role plays, since the role plays tend to push the stories back rather quickly. Role plays are posted on constantly, while stories are only updated once in a while, usually not even daily, so they are brought up to the top less frequently. It's aggravating to have to go to the fourth or fifth page just to find a story you updated a week ago. I personally don't mind a little more than a few role plays, like four, five, or maybe even six, but there are eight. All I'm asking is some consideration from the role players. You don't have to move to FC. Just please stop creating new role plays until a bunch of them die down. Or let the ones you don't care for as much die now. Please. Thank you.
I support that also, I'm only in a few but I also and working on a story, I just updated and yes it is irritating to have to go to page five bc you have to scan every page
I honestly don't mind having to go back a few pages to update your story, but I do understand why others would.

This has happened before and it turned into a big argument between everyone. And these types of threads started flooding FF which bumped Rps and Stories back into the second page. I tried doing a Writer's Café so everyone can share their stories so they won't have to find their story on the fifth page of FF but that didn't work out so well because it died. FC is flooding with Rp and KaW is flooding with Stories, like I stated before there has to be a balance in things. If the Rps are in FC and the stories are in KaW then there has to be an in between where both Rps and Stories are in and it happens to be PimD. Stories are being bumped back into the second page but so are Rps. It seems like both writers and Rpers are balancing things out between each other. Rps are beginning to flood FF again but that's because of all the new players that have discovered the Forums and FF. And yes they are repeating ideas and yes it is getting tiring but there are also players who is telling them that they should let it die because it's not a good plot and it's been done many times before. It seems like that the FF community (Or whatever you want to call it) is trying to figure things out themselves and try not to cause trouble for one another. The new players are misinformed and they haven't realized how much of their plot has been repeated before so we can't put all of the blame on them. I think that the FC Forums will continue to be dead even after we join them because the players on PimD likes to see stories where they Rp as well. I highly doubt they want to take their time and go to another app just for something they can easily get on the same app. PimD balances things out because you are able to read Stories and Rp at the same time without wasting time to go to another app for one and another thing. I get that it's an easy thing to do to switch between apps but we are Humans we have that lazy streak in us that doesn't want to do something as easy as going from one app to another for something you can easily be in the same game. But yes Rpers do need to consider the writer's feelings before they make another Rp. If they are going to make one that they know has been repeated and they haven't thought out the plot then I agree that they shouldn't be making any Rps until they thought it all out and come up with an original idea. Coming up with Rps that has been done over and over again is going to bore and anger other players. And not only that but we mostly focus on one genre most of the time, we should expand our horizon and do other genres and try not to repeat so much. That's why I did a Horror Ro because it has hardly been done. At least I haven only seen three or four of them that has been done whereas Rps like being in High School or Academies or Werewolves and Vampires have been done many times before. I am not insulting the people who make these Rps because you all have a good plot to them but I'm using it as an example for repeating genres or focusing only on one type of Rp. Both Rps and Stories focuses on romance so much (I am guilty of this too) that others who likes different genres won't be able to enjoy it as much. So I think it's better if we all work together to make FF better where both the Writers and Rpers are happy rather than move the Rps to FC. I am on the neutral side just like Ren or Blade, I am simply just suggesting an idea.
I agree with that. But now, the role plays are leaning towards the overwhelming side, and some of the new players just argue when people tell them they should stop making new role plays then refuse to let theirs die down. Also, some role plays at the beginning say: I know there are a lot of role plays now, so I'm sorry, but here's a new one… and then they go on to their role play. That annoys me. That's basically saying, I know there's too many role plays but I honestly don't give a shit about it. Some of the writers overreact. (Myself included, on occasions.) And some of the role players refuse to listen. Everyone needs to make a sacrifice to make this happen. That happened for some time, but then more players came, and made the role plays and stories unbalanced. This is just going to keep happening. .-. I think most people are trying their hardest to coexist, but it will never work perfectly.
I agree that yes the New Players are arguing back and it is getting very annoying. Most of the old players in FF are trying their hardest to coexist but the new players are getting in the way by making Rps that doesn't even explain the plot which annoys me very much because I am big on plots. But like I said I am on the neutral side and I don't want FF in PimD to die.
I am not blaming all of this on the new players because some has learn and are trying to coexist too. But people can be so very stubborn.

This was actually tried a little while ago, and I'm fairly sure some of us did move, but came back because the FC role players kinda bullied them I think because most of them were the ones that are completely loveydovey or turn everything in it loveydovey. ._.
