Such a pity

  1. You know, I'm a fan of good stories as much as the next person. However, the problem with this place is... Wait for it...

ALL THE GENRE'S ARE LOVE STORIES!!!

I mean, come on!! I want variety in my FF. Roleplays are all well and good, but most of them end up boring and with only two or three people.

What happened to the Fantasy genre? Or the Sci-Fi? Or the something-besides-love one? Erg -.-

Pointless rants that get no-ones attention are so fun to write.

  2. SCREW YOU MAINSTREAM SOCIETY!!!

  3. Fantasy, heck yes!

  4. I see your point. I need a good horror story to read!

  5. What's funny is, I can't help feeling offended at the fact that the two genre's requested are the two I'm trying to write. Yet nobody reads my stories or comments at all

  6. Mines adventure and its like an alternative future. 

  7. I agree. And the standards of this forum are kinda low... Even the crappiest story thread is full of "OMG UPDATE PLZZZZZZ!!!!!!!".

  8. ^ thank you. You are now my idol

  9. You're welcome. Just posted a bit of a story I've Ben working on. The setting is quite complicated and involves galactic merging and time travel...

  10. Time travel stories are never my favorite :/ they pose serious problems

  11. Time travel isn't part of the story itself, just the history of the world.

  12. My story DayBreak is an action story  not a romance even though the beginning looks like it

  13. My story "Stained Creation", is completely fantasy.
    

  14. With Hawk-of-Blue. 

  15. Royal treatment is entirely a love story  I make no apologies for it. It is what it is.

  16. Yeah, but at least royal treatment is written well, which is more than I can say for most of the other romance stories.

  17. I believe I give up on writing -.- if there's no readers, there's no writers. I enjoy seeing people like my stories. I just don't see a point to continuing them if nobody likes them

  18. It shouldn't stop you to. I'm still writing, even though barely any people see it. 

  19. If you enjoy peer review I recommend some websites that I publish to. They're pretty famous actually, although I don't think I can mention websites per ToU? Not sure. Anyway, I'd be happy to tell you more about them if you'd like.
