You can find the nurse via two ways, first is by clinking on the ATM button, second is via the store, then by clicking on the nurse that has a little tab saying "touch here", by clicking on that you'll be able to access the nurse, which then you can buy extra credits using real money, doctor notes, pro packs if your an iOS user, pro packs for android are found in the store. In the Nurse section you can change your name and avatar. Each name change costs 20 extra credits which as said before can be brought, or you can do jobs which have a Random drop rate for extra credits.
Sometimes I get lazy and do like 1 sentence response to questions, I just like to answer it well so not many more questions can be asked and so it's clear to the person asking the question.
