Just strictly pointing out something about the definition.

If a pervert is someone who's sexual behavior is abnormal or unacceptable that would indicate that the MAJORITY of the societal collective(the societal collective being the PIMD community) finds the "perverts" way of being abnormal or unacceptable. In my experience, the societal collective are those that you refer to as perverts, which would make them not perverts by that definition.

Soo what you are saying is that Pervs don't work hard to upgrade- most of the ones I see do upgrade on regular basis. Fine fact is that I personally am lcbc. Still a Perv at heart- just get bored along the way. And I was serious about the club list! Where do I get it?

Furthermore, private club chat does not break ToU or RoC. You agree to join club and can leave at any time if you don't like it! It's your choice!

ATA's rules are only relevant in public areas which do not include club chat which is exactly why ATA does nothing to assist you on your crusade!

 

That would be public. I believe I stated private arenas such as club chat or private messages. And I'm still waiting for that list!

 

They don't though. They change the club description and leave the club alone.

actually, now that i re-read the tou, ANYTHING that is considered pornographic or sexually explicit is against the rules.

and yes, club chat and pm is covered in the tou. if someone reports what is said in either of those, the mods could still silence you for breaking tou.

 

Mods can't silence for club chat unless it's particularly serious, for example death threats.

 

Same with pm

 

But devs can, with the proper proofs. The proofs have to be extremely precise though.

 

I doubt this took you 3 months to write.

 

I'd be amazed if devs silenced for cc or even for a pm.

 

... If mods can silence for cc i'm quitting.
