I would not use the 10 bil ._. I'd save it for a small day. 10 bil is only big to people who have not tried to save big enough.
I would really love it if you picked me. I have a small club full of amazing friendly people and I would love to be able to use that money to help them improve their stats. I don't need the money for myself, I'm obsessed with this game and play it everyday so I'm able to upgrade basically daily. But what I would love to do is DV with my smaller members and help them grow more than I am able to at my current level. I'm not a selfish player, I gift out all my spares to my club members or tutors and to random people. I like helping people ^_^ With this 10Bil I could really help them so much more.
Everyone here should earn their own money and decline his offer. You wanna be a good player you do things yourself. Receiving help even if it is not asked for is weak. In my opinion.
I personaly think this is a great idea. I dont need the money to upgrade or for tuts. But I just wanted to say great idea.
OneKnicksfan I vote for him. He is a very hard worker on this game and is busting his ass to upgrade an become a powerful player. He is willing to learn and does not beg. Toy_Soldier is another nominee I vote for. Cus he's a badass
