Hello Pimd community, I would like to let you know about this very sad story that is happening in real life. A few years ago a man was diagnosed with Cancer, that man is my friend Joe he is in his 30's , He was in the Marines he was as healthy as a fruit. He wasnt feeling the same and went to the docters and was told he had a deadly cancer. This cancer ate out many parts of his body like his liver. Two days ago, Joe was told something is blocking his digestive system where he could eat anything but apple sauce and pudding, and he couldnt get the nutrients from the food he would eat. Joe has gone through dozens of surgeries but none of them will work. He was told that he only has a few hours to live last week but luckly he is still around. This man is fighting the battle you can not even imagine. He is clinging to his life right now and all Im doing is worring about a war. This man is my Hero and Role-Model, Not just because he served our country, The United States Of America, but also how he is struggling to live. The docter then told Joe they couldnt do anything after his last surgery which was 1-24-13, Joe wanted to go to his oarents house and have his parents take care of him, while God is waiting for Joe to come. Please pray for Joe and his wife and two children which one of them is a girl thats 9 and a boy whos turning 2. Let this be a lesson to all that if you dont want to go to work, or work out , or go wake up and walk to school, Imagine the smile Joe would have working out, going to work, or going to school because he has the strenght to walk and move around like a normal person. Dear Lord Help us keep the brave Joe alive. Help all of those fighting, not just against cancer, but against other illnesses and people. Let us pray that my Godmother, Shirley, my cat, Chelsea, and my daughter, Alyssa are all safe in heaven. Amen
I know just how it feels to loose someone close to you, I've watched many people die before me, uncles, aunts, family friends, even watched my grandpa die on the night I graduated year12 my cousin Kirra recently died too and I could tell her everything, I kept nothing at all from her, now they are gone. I pray this does not happen to Joe may God help Joe through this battle and hold Joe in the palm of his hand may he give Joe the strength so he get well and be with his kids, take his daughter and son to their sports, pick them up from school and get them ice-cream. May he get well and stay that loving devoted father and caring committed husband Keep fighting Joe
Joe was told that the docters cant do anything anymore and is now going to his parents home where he will enjoy his remain of his life.
