  9. actually ._. by evicting a T4 level 4, you get 720 mil back.


    So, when putting in a T5 level 1 it can be seen as spending 9.28 bil  cheaper than the level 2 costing 9.5 bil

    Its cheaper but not that much cheaper. Only 500mill less so not much difference.
