(,_, You can have depression from 13. It's a medical illness. .-. You can get it from younger then 13 even...Not saying Sam has it though.)

(she is 13 her brain isn't fully developed yet, at 18 your brain is fully developed. She can't get real honest depression until 18. Sure she can be sad and very sad, but it cannot be diagnosed as depression until age 18. You just got logiced/nerded)
