Sleeping issues

    Here in Scitland, bagpipes are known to annoy the **** out of neighbours. XD
     
  3. Funny. I thought they were from Scotland...
     
  4. Then stop lieing to me and telling me they're from Scitland 
     
  5. Exercise helps aid sleep. Just don't exercise within 3 hours of going to bed.
     
  6. Exercise in bed. Just keep flipping the blanket with your leg. Great Calf/Thigh workout
     
  7. Exercise that right or left arm 

    I switch off, left hand always feels cold and wierd 
