I decided to write again. Hope you all like it. Not sure if this will be as good as my others but i hope you all like it. My eyes slowly opened to the bright sunlight shining through my light pink curtains. I hadn't realized today is the first day of school. I can't believe I'm going to be a Junior already! And most importantly I get to see him. My bestfriend, My living journal, My crush. "Hey Vanessa Leanne Martinez! Wake up!" My mom yelled "I am up Mother!" "Then get moving or your going to be late!" I sat up and stretched looking around my burgendy colored room. I smiled when I saw the picture of me and him on my vanity table. I can't help it. He's amazing. The way his eyes have a magnificent sparkle to them. He might not be the coolest guy around but people like him and he's always a sweetheart. "I get to see him today" I jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom beginning to wash up. Looked into my bathroom mirror staring into my light brown eyes. I can't stop thinking about him. I have known this guy forever. He knows everything about me which is amazing because nobody does. I never let anyone get so close to me like he is. "Hey nessa!" I almost choked instantly. I quickly rinsed the tooth paste out my mouth and brushed my long black hair quickly tying it into a ponytail. I heard footsteps nearing the bathroom. My heart pounding out of my chest, my hands getting sweaty, my cheeks getting red. I opened the bathroom door and he was there waiting for me. "Hey Jaden." "Your not ready yet you slug!?" "Well I'm sorry." "Haha. Just go get dressed" "I am-I am." He smiled at me and walked down stairs. His tall and lean body descending down the stairs. His dark brown hair slightly messy and bouncing as he's walking away. I walked into my room feeling myself blush. I shut my door and leaned on it. "He is so cute." I smiled and walked over to my closet pulling out my coral oversized sweater and coral toms. I pulled out my black skinny jeans from my bottom drawer of my white dresser. I got dressed and grabbed my bag running down the stairs. I felt him staring at me when I reached the landing. Why is he staring? He never does that. "Well you look nice. Who you got dressed up for?" "No one special." He smiled and walked to the door waiting for me. I ran into the kitchen grabbing a piece of toast and kissed my mom's cheek telling her goodbye. "Bye Mrs.Martinez!" "Bye Jaden! besafe you two!" We walked out the door to his silver 2009 hundai sinata. I sat in the passengers seat hooking up my ipod to his radio and played Waterfall by Coldplay. I looked at him smiling oblivious to what the future held for us. Leave feedback
Here's a small update. I know its short but please bare with me for I am getting writers block already T.T We got to our small school of 400 students. I gazed out the window watching everyone walking into the building or talking in the court yard. I was hoping not to see my brother Troy. He always picked on me about hanging out with Jaden and not making a move on him. Troy is always like a wingman for everyone its strange he would wanna pimp his little sister out. "Nessa? Hellooooo! Earth to space cadet! We're at school." Jaden tries getting my attention. "Oh what?" I said "We're here. You seem spaced out today. You ok?" "Yeah Im alright." We smiled and got out the car. We grabbed our book bags and walked across the greenish colored grass of our schools courtyard. I was being super cautious about scooping Troy out. Still no sign of him. Maybe he did leave to my dad's town for this semester. I looked at Jaden and caught him staring at me again as we neared our lockers. "What's up Jay?" "Oh nothing." I shrugged and opened my looker pulling out my purple binder for English class. Jaden was waiting for me and by the end of the lockers so we can walk to English class together as always. I walked over to him smiling. He was smiling back and hugged me. Holding me so close to him. My heart skipped a few beats, I felt my knees getting weak, My face was burning red. We stayed like that for a while and parted when the warning bell for being late rang. "What was that for?" "No reason just wanted a hug." "Oh ok" We entered our class and took our usual seats waiting for Mr. Palanski to start class with one of his lectures on how we need to excel in our reading and vocabulary and how we need to start paying attention in class. I didn't pay anymind to it. I'm passing this class with an easy A. He let us do make up work for the entire class period but I had nothing to do. So, I just doodled in my binder random shapes and funny stick figures. My mind replaying what happened just a few minutes ago. Does he know I have feelings for him? He's never done that before.
