transferring account question

  1. If you tried to transfer a lot and messed um and it says transfer account exceded what does that mean and how long till you can try again

    They will either allow you to transfer again or say no. Good luck! And make a good case

  5. Update your game and you might be able to link to fb or ata and transfer that way

  7. Can you not sign in in the new device

    Include in your email:
    •game
    •username
    •ATA account
    •your udid for both devices/IMEI if its an android.
    •last purchase history with proof if possible
    •when you started playing, this can be rounded off to month, not every one can remember what day they joined exactly.
    •your exact issue in as much details as possible

    A few notes to be aware off, your issue might be due to transferring your account in the past multiple times, you can only transfer each account up to 5 times. It may be an illegal account, such as more than one account on one device.
