Update Alex Pov: I sat with Ann and a couple others playing truth or dare. My heart wasn't into the game as always Macy had my heart. I sighed I thought being with Ann would help me move on, but that wasnt the case. "Alexboo! Truth or dare?" Ann smiled at me. "Um I dont really wanna play. We need to talk," I grabbed her hand and led her to a corner. She laughed "oh a make out corner," she winked. "No um Ann I don't have feelings for you it's over, sorry." She looked pissed "why? Because of Macy? Well I bet you didn't know she's a prostitute!" I grimaced, there's no way my beautiful innocent Macy was a prostitute. She laughed "yea! Now if you'll excuse me, ill go find a new boyfriend!" She stomped away. Macy is a.... A prostitute? Macy's Pov: I sat with Ben and cheered him on at pool. "Yea Benny baby! That's it you got this!" I kissed his cheek. He smiled at me and took the shot. "OH YEA! I WONNNNNN!" He laughed picking me up and giving me a kiss. I stared at him in shock. He stopped realizing what he had done "oh god Macy I'm sor-" I kissed him in mid sentence. He put his arms around my waist and we kissed, it felt nice. I just didn't feel the spark that I wanted. I pulled away "sorry Ben I just don't feel anything...." He smiled "it's alright love I don't either," he shrugged and continued playing pool. I left the room looking for something to do. I sighed this was the most boring party ever! I absentmindedly walked around the house slamming into someone. "Oh god I'm so sorry," I looked to see who I had hit. Alex dusted himself off "no biggie I'm fine," he grimaced and walked away. I watched him go and followed grabbing his hand. "Alex? You okay?" "Um no I need to talk with you," he led me upstairs into a bedroom. "Um here? Can't we keep the door open?" I nervously stood by the door not sure if he was drunk or not. "Macy it's not what you think, but I just need to know are you really a prostitute?" He looked at me with eyes full of concern. I gasped "DID ANN TELL YOU?! IM GONNA KICK HER ASS! I KNOW SHE'S YOUR GIRLFRIEND, BUT THAT'S NONE OF HER BUSINESS!" I stomped towards the door. He grabbed my hand "so it's true?" I looked at the floor a tear sliding down my cheek. I didn't know what to say! He wouldn't understand, so I just answered as simply as I could "yes," I let go of his hand. He lifted my head and looked into my eyes, wiping my tears. "Why Macy? There's more to you then that! Your amazing you don't have to sell yourself short," he kisses my cheek "you are amazing!" I pulled away "you don't understand my family was practically in poverty I had to do something and it was the best paying job, but I quit recently I couldn't do it anymore after I met you," I sighed. "You wouldn't understand," I shook my head. He hugged me "I do understand, but why did you reject me I thought we had something special," he pulled away. "Ann was threatening to tell you about my past and I just couldn't have let you judge me the way you did!" "Well Ann can go to hell I love you Macy and nothing will ever change that not even your past," he smiled and just like that my heart melted. "I love you too," I smiled back and leaned in closer. He bit his lip and that drove me crazy enough to brush my lips against his, finally we kissed. It was bittersweet and I felt those amazing sparks everyone talks about.
Update Ben's Pov: God when I kissed Macy I felt amazing like I was melting inside, yet she felt nothing? I sighed she was amazing and I had to have her before Alex got to her. I looked around for Macy searching frantically. I quickly found her and what I saw made my heart shatter she was lip locked with of course Alex! "GET OFF OF HER!" I grabbed Alex and pushed him to the floor. "DONT EVER TOUCH HER!" "BEN! stop! I'm sorry it's my fault," she frantically apologized covering her face. Alex got off dusting himself off "DUDE! SHE'S FREE TO DO WHAT SHE WANTS!" His face was red. "Ben it was a mistake I'm sorry! Please stop!" She grabbed my arm begging me. Alex looked at her his eyes full of hurt. "Yea.... Just a mistake," he croaked. "Alex that's not what I meant!" She held his hand, but he pulled away. "I'm out!" I walked out into the cold night away from the mess, heartbreak, and utter disaster.
Update You guys might hate me after this update Macy's Pov: It's been weeks since the party and Alex won't talk to me. I sighed I feel like a broken toy, I've lost them both. It was my own fault I tried so hard to keep them both and just ended up losing them. I walked into second period and waited for Alex to walk in. When he did I pulled him out into the hallway. "Alex please talk to me I'm sorry!" I begged him. "Macy I'm with Chelsea now..." I felt my knees go weak. I held onto the wall to keep myself from falling to the floor. "Oh...." "Yea sorry Macy, but I love her," he walked back into the classroom. I crashed to the floor and cried. My life was a mess and it was over. The one I love is with another girl and the one that was always there for me, loved me, cared for me, and was my best friend was hit by a drunk driver the night of the party. It was over. No more love I didn't believe in love, it was all a beautiful lie. I learned something, never fall in love because if you fall you'll just keep falling and finally crash to the floor. Love is......
