Well, you shouldn't be making so many threads. Clogging up active topics with a bunch of threads by one person is against ToU and can get you silenced or forum banned. It also annoys regular forumers. So you should cut back
You're right, 2 isn't a lot. But I was warning you before you made too many. A warning is always better than getting the consequences and a lot of people getting on your threads yelling at you. I'm only trying to be nice

He did nothing wrong, in fact, he was helping you. He informed you about the rule against spamming, and told you that you were close to spamming. You should be thanking him for his advice.
There are ways of telling ppl of the rules rather than how he did. The way he made the comment was rude but I forgave him.
