Jason woke to the familiar sound of a sweet angel...no not an angel his girlfriend Chelsea. He sat up from his bed and saw her standing at the door leaning against the frame. He smiled and got up putting on some sweats and a T-shirt he walked up to her and kissed her cheek. They both walked downstairs and sat at the table drinking coffee. He noticed something was troubling her so he spoke up. Babe? Is there something wrong? Yes, Jason the news, they are reporting weird things. Like sightings of strange objects in the forest just down the street. They also found a dead dog...eaten it had multiple bite wounds. Oh that's bad but it's probably just a hoax. You know that they could be lying? That they just want ppl to be scared? He smiled and put his hands on hers in the middle of the table. He leaned over the table and gave her a kiss. Then out of no where there was a banging on the front door. Followed by screams of: JASON!!! CHELSEA!!! HELP!!!! OH NO
O.O BUMP!!!!!!!! Oh and a little reminder put quotation marks around the dialouge so we know its not just paragraphs but that the characters are speaking
Update! I looked at her and she had pure fear in her eyes. I ran to the door and opened it and saw her brother ,Jack, he stood there then started to laugh. I got mad and then I tackled him. He stopped laughing and then got a serious face. "DUDE! YOU SCARED YOUR SISTER!!" "What? I did?" I got up and showed her to him with tears streaming down her face. I walked up and hugged her and she hugged back digging her face in my shirt. I kissed her forhead and she cleared her face then looked at her bro. "YOU SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME!!" "I'm sorry it was a joke!" He hugged her too and we all sat there and talked about are day so far and the sounds of joy and love filled the room...its weird how it would all change in a matter of days. OOOOOH MANNNNN
Add some more details and try to add quotation tags like "blablablabla!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. Also, I'm really not feeling the mood here. Pick up a thesaurus and create the horror the Chelsea was feeling. Make me feel how Jason felt after learning the joke. It's also a good reminder to keep the characters human and come up with a distinct personality for each to follow. Happy Writing!
