Hello, for once I will be posting something that actually matters to me My life lasting story that I have chosen to share with all of you. Slendy posted a similar topic, also. On November 5, 2012, one of my best friends passed away. He was fighting a heroic fight against cancer, but he unfortunately lost. He was a brave soul, too young to die. He served our country for 3 years when he was a young man. Veterans Day day was just a few days later after he died, but I kept him in my heart. He loved to have fun, and he loved me most of all. When I was a little girl he would play catch with me outside in our backyard all the time. Back then I was kind of a tomboy, guess I got that from him. On November 4, he got a heart attack at 10:47 P.M. He was taken to the emergency hospital. I stayed with him the entire night. He was unconscious for a while so I sat next to him and said a few prayers. When he awoke I didn't want to alarm him so I simply slept the night with him. The next morning, I woke up and he wasn't there. I had asked the doctor where he had gone to, was he feeling better? The doctor had informed me of the news that changed my life forever. Did you figure out who this heroic man was, yet? If not, it was my father
