I agree. You have to understand the mechanics of the game. It takes a while to learn how to volley and how to build tuts. Brand new people won't get it. Heck, I have a hard time getting then to understand max plunder. 5kcs is a must to start out unless you have played before or are creating an alt.
You scupper yourself with your own advise! You build tuts to make money... If they tuts didn't upgrade, they wouldn't sell, you'd be stuck with your 50m. 5kcs is a GREAT method. Once taught you can volley the player to 240/250m (need to go to 260m to get 5kcs from volley only) With that they can get their 12/32 dorms 6 juiced up jocks 6 computer hackers (a pain when they changed muscles mcflaunty to juiced up jocks without telling anyone, made for very confusing teaching!!) After they have upgraded as many as they can to level 4 get them to do jobs to finish their upgrades (shows they can do a bit of work by themselves and keeps value low in order to sell quickly) You can also introduce them to farming here but I prefer jobs first. In the end you have a 2544/2544 stat tut at 240/250m and active. EASY SELL. Members at my club grew at an incredible rate as I kept buying their successful volleys which then get bought from me a wee while later. (they make quick turnaround, I hold the tuts to sell on so members money isn't tied up) Back in the day I remember getting taught to 5kcs (I was skeptical and thought I was being ripped off ) but I had a good teacher who answered all my doubts and I ended up joining their club. I taught 1000s of players to 5kcs. I done it so much it gradually got to the point where I was about 40kcs and I was tutor trading. Then back when it was possible I was doing 40kcs builds and selling at 17/18b. (when it was possible to do this with profit) Anyway went on a bit more than I planned but point is... 5KCS METHOD WORKS!
Have them do jobs. I had 3 tutors go from 5k to 100k in a month. One dis jobs for two months and is over 300kcs now. Jobs jobs jobs.
People should stick to the 5kcsmethod. I know ppl who would drop and then farm the tut to make up the money they lost if the tut doesn't ug
