Well, as many of us may wish some of us wish we can change the world for the better. As my belief system may show, I have a view that would upset many people. One of these is that I want to rule the world. Yes, I want to conquer the whole world. My goal in doing so would be to make everyone equivalent and under the same rules. No frauds, no criminals, and no person owning the life of another. My system would be simple, but yes very restricting and well... as I said it would piss off lots of people. From what I have grown up with my view on things might be quite extreme, but for the best. One example would be the most obvious of choices. Get rid of the gasoline business and coal. Get rid of all resources that are currently damanging our planet. All effort would go toward cleaner energy. If gasoline is necessary for small things such as light-bulbs, then it would have a use. But no more gasoline and no more coal powered machines. I would then seize control of all money on the earth, money being a clear problem all over the world. What better an idea than to destroy the monetary system? Life would be so much easier. Imagine it... a world with less a reason for greed. Instead of money resources would be given place to place where they are needed with no cost really needed to be exchanged other than that company get what it needs to function. If a lumbermill needs nails and screws and machines, then give it to them. There should not be any shortages unless we run out of the world's reserve. What do we give the people for working? Food. As simple as that. Everyone works, everyone gets food. That'd be nice, and if you do not work then you do not get food, as simple as that. That would be a great motivator to get people to work; work or else you will not have a great time on this wonderful earth. What about children? they cannot work Easy, babies, infants, and teens all the way until they are at the age to leave school will have the same access to food as everyone else. Also, food is limited to portions based off of a person's metabolism and such. I would like to decrease obesity and make it more difficult for obesity to take place. Now lets get back to what was briefly mentioned. Jobs. The system will be simple based off of ranks and pay would be determined by giving every worker a number. Determined by the level or rank of job the person's have they will receive points, a point system. Sadly this is related to money but no one can physically handle it, that way it cannot be stolen. Points are what people would use to buy things they do not need : New Tv's, shiny cars, fancy dinners, vacations. Food cannot be bought with these points unless the food is an elegant dinner. Points will be allowed to stack over a time and if you earn up to a certain huge amount then it will freeze and you will not earn any more points until it is spent. This is a simple process meant to limit how much the upper division workers can purchase. Also all those points that accumilate after someone reaches the limit they will rather be distributed to the community and divided as equally as possible. Control? I would be in control of everything essentially but only about certain things. Legistlature would need to go through me but there would be allowed elections to bring in representatives of districts. As an entire world being under one banner it would be appropriate to treat it as such. I would essentially approve and disapprove things. I would not though be waiting around as " World Ruler" to wait for paperwork to pop up. Rather I would have a side job of whatever career would fit my skills the best. My successor would obviously be someone taught well of the system and understand the injustice and evils of mankind without the system I will have set up. Prisons I've thought about this little by little. And I think that criminals get what they deserve. Letting them rot in prison is not good enough. Punishment should be based on the crime done. Stealth for example- bring back the rule from the old days. Chop off a finger per theft. Killing, and other serious crimes that literally hurt people physically for life: I like the idea of the Hunger Games. Set them in an arena and let them fight to the last 1 standing. Winner's life is spared and sent to jail and is exempt from being put back in the arena for 2-4 years. Maybe that should be based on the crime too. Location? Maybe Austrailia since there are so many poisonous insects and animals there, makes survival of crimials harder and more challenging. Rules? I like some parts of the constitution. Freedom of Speach, Religion, privacy,etc etc... all great rights. All of them are given and cannot be taken away BUT restricted in ways as such: Fighting words, slurs, and other offensive words are not protected rights. Women have equal rights in my world as well as all ethnicities. If any conflict were to arise between people, depending on the location there would be re-location of one or both of the groups. Animals? I would ensure the safety of all animals on earth. As a person who values the life of animals more than anything else I'd like to preserve the species' that exists today. think of the tigers! So sad they are becoming extinct!!! Military? There would be a military of coarse. The only thing about is well... won't be necessary because OOOBVIOISLY no one would have a reason to rebel or anything. It would rather be in case of " not from earth" aliens came to conquer us. Also because well... the military gives a government pride and it shows the government itself has pride. Banner? The banner would be beautiful ...of coarse. My idea would be what the supercontinent would have looked like, add water around it, leave it to artists for design. It would basically resemble all countries as one again as they once were. One country, one pride. The name that people would call ourselves... humans duuh. Entire civilization would be called: Humaria brilliance, I know. Now before you tell me, " This all sucks I like being greedy and I hate the idea of one person having chance of being FAR BETTER than everyone else!" Think of how big an jerk a person would be to deny such great ideas. Because I love this earth and all the good, just, righteous and intellectual people in the world... I hope my plans go through. I disagree. It takes out the factor that if you work hard you reap good rewards. Also why should a doctor have to loose what he worked so hard for and went to school for just so they can get the same thing as a janitor. This is communism that your talking about. There's no free will choice for the public, were humans its our inevitable right and your taking it away.
Utopian society is impossible, unless the world is united by a similar belief so strong that it overcomes differences, equality, greed, selfishness, but that is not happening...
^ The Hunger Games arena thing is absolutely terrible. You have no right to take away someone's life, even if they're trash. And to inflict trauma on someone just by making the rule 'kill or you will be killed' is damn sickening. It's like forcing someone to murder a living being just so survive. It's inhumane. As for the food money system part, even though I detest greed and people consumed by it, I can't help but admit it's one of the important things in life now that society has turned into this. What if they had no family? What if they have disabilities that make them unable to work? You want equality but that contradicts things. If you wanted Utopia you could've used the trading system from long ago. :/ Eh. With that said you'd probably be assassinated right after you declared these rules. ._.
You can't tell a person what they can and can't eat.., its not your place to cut down on obesity, in any job really. >.> people still have the right to overeat if they want... And there are many other necessities besides food that aren't accounted for here. You can't just give away anything to anyone or else you run out of everything. ._. Lol the govt already DOES tell us what we can and can not eat they've already mandated fruit be in Happy Meals in San Francisco and in New York soda drinks over 64oz can not be sold in places like theaters and restaurants...
good point, Chloe... about disabilities. I thought it be obvious they might get a job to the degree of their disability. If their disability makes it so they cannot function with society then they do not need to work unless they maybe offer community service. And about the eating issue, Food be restricted to a person's metabolism. To me I think that might help. But with the way things are now in current society... our current system encourage people to be greedy. I think it's dumb ._.
And all these are ideas, not actual " I'm going to take over the world" statements. I'm far too lazy and I know the human race is far too corrupt and so greedy they would not want this. As I said a week ago, very controversial. I did not post this thinking," Ohhh everyone will love this". I posted it thinking... " lets give people something to think about". I posted it unfinished too.... at so late in the morning I almost was getting a headache.
