I weirdly had panic attacks at random a few years back... I don't know what triggered it but it was freaky -.- worst feeling ever!
if this is interfering with your daily life you need real professional help. if u can control it, distract yourself and try to relax. get plenty of sleep and exercise. pray or meditate. find somebody to talk to. find school counselor
reading the whole thread does make me think u might need to see the doctor. if u feel like crying, thinking positive and counting what u r thankful in life many times a day might help. focus on a hobby, watch funny videos, change workout routine....
many people go through this in life so u r not alone. there r medicines, support groups and so many others to help u. so get help asap
I don't think it's too serious unless you have bad thoughts. Sometimes people just need to cry. I get depressed often enough to know the difference. And I have a decent life now. Didn't have a great childhood, though. Sometimes the subconscious thoughts will creep up on you. You wouldn't even know it. Could still be hormones too. Hormones can randomly do that too. But feel better, OK?
Thanks guys, its just Idk. It might be stress, because I have had a few things going on but its all been cleared up. I've stopped the crying fits, however I do get to where I feel like crying but nothing happens. I still get into that depressed mood, where I just sit in my room, do nothing, and don't even talk to anybody.
