What if they aren't really guilty

 

If your brother gets killed, and the police doesn't catch the killer, but your father catches him and kills him... He'll go to jail, he'll be a criminal, he deserves to die in a inhumanly way?

 

i think criminals need to be used more for labors in the society under strict supervision

 

I agree, but only for major crimes like killing people and unethical treatment of the elephants

First of all, who are we to judge who lives and dies? If we continue this atrocity to plague our society, we are no better than them. Might as well inject us with poison as well, for we are all to blame for their murder. 

And just a moment while I think about this. Murder is a crime, correct? The purposely taking of another human beings life?

So, giving the Death Penalty to criminals, the purposely taking of a humans life, is considered justice when applied by the government...

Now, I know this has probably been said before, and I'm no politician or any crap like that, but it just seems a little far-fetched to me.

So, yeah... I don't care what you say about my opinion, but that's what it is. My beliefs on what murder is is based solely on what I have heard and put together, and is in no way actually includes any real knowledge of the subject.

Believe it or not some people are innocent.... so they die for someone else's crime?...

Idk if I'm for or against it... Cuz there are some people that I see them do something really bad and I say they deserve to die........ But.... I'm also against it... Idk.

 

I watched this tv show prison break and damn it was scary bro

 

You don't get the death penalty unless you commit murder, not saying that there aren't any serial rapist on there, just that there serial killers too. Let them serve their time, because I rather save a guilty person than execute an innocent human being. 
