Do jobs, and find some inactive farms. Do not rely on hires and volleys. They are worthless as you get bigger
Even more, any hire when a tutor is above 600 mil privce, the tutor needs more than the 1 mil he gets .-. per 1 hire person might need 8 mil, then that increases greatly as price raises as well
