Well the sad news may be just cause you have eyes for her she may not have eyes for you. So it does sound like you need to redirect her vision of you. If you have not approached her but are lurking and staring then you have prolly creeped her a bit. My guy did the modern caveman approach grabbed my hand in a meeting said we need to go to lunch and dragged me out of the room. First, grow some balls. Now make sure youre her friend. Now attempt to understand her interests: hobbies, favorite entertainment medium, even try to understand things that she isnt very skilled at. If you are honestly interested in similar things then gradually conform, but do not change completely to her interests. You need to be your own person. Then if you still like her, ask her out to a movie or the theater or minigolf, whatever you find would be appopriate. That is my input. Also dont tell her some guy on the internet taught you how to capture her attention
