I agree with eating smaller portions more often. They use that advice with diabetics. I didn't believe that eating more often would make me lose weight...I've lost 15 lbs in 2 months. The only exercise I have time for is chasing my 2 kids around my house. Celery has no carbs, and believe it or not..neither does pork rinds.
There's nothing like Swimming Every Day. At Least 1hr a day. But SWIMMING. Not just floating around. RACE. I lost 8 pounds in a week. Swimming. nothin better than that.
Plan your meals out. Everyone so far has been right and you'll get more of the same. Exercise and eating better are key. More meals, smaller portions, and cut the carbs in your dinner down to almost 0 if you can. Carbs are broken down into sugar which turns into fat. This means that if you have a bunch of carbs for dinner or late at night and then rest, your body won't burn it off, it will just store it and you'll be fighting yourself at losing any weight.
im fat at my arms too after i joined in the archery so when i wear clothes the arm part will always be tight ……
