I'll be shaving my head to raise awareness for and show support for cancer and its victims. I live in Indianapolis and as many of you NFL fans might be aware, the Colts' head coach, Chuck Pagano, is battling leukemia. This week a lot of Colts players shaved their heads to support their friend, mentor and coach. This weekend I will be joining them in shaving my head in support. Having several cancer survivors in my own family, this hits home in a whole new way for me. I'm not sure if my hair is long enough to donate, but I will at least attempt to donate it. Thank for reading this and please do whatever you can to show support for victims of this horrible disease. Hopefully our actions today will one day lead to a cure!
That's wonderful! Very kind of you to do something that many people wouldn't have the courage to do to support your loved ones. I've also had many family members fight the battle against cancer, so I can relate to how you'd feel. But you have a lot more courage than I do, because I could shave my head. My hat's off to you, good sir.
That's so nice and generous. Better than the guy who lost a bet in my school and had his head shaved today.
Me and a few friends did this awhile back were we all grew our hair for a full year (I looked disgusting) and we all got them shaved and whoever grew it the longest got 20 bucks
Ur very brave metal. Hats off to u hun. I've seen u and it looks like ur hair is long enuf to donate for cancer survivors. Lol u gotta show us immortals the before an after. Much support from me.
