Everyone has some sort of fear in them, so come on share! I have quite a few. As humans we are usually scared of the unknown, and for my first fear this is the case. I am absolutely petrified of the dark. It stems from when i was little and used to see shadows that resembled my family members coming towards me at night. I used to hide under my quilt until they went away. A couple of my fears surround toilets (restrooms), im scared of being locked in them as i was when i was a child, and i also get panicy if i do not know where the closest one is, thats down to when i was ill a few years back. Im also scared of lifts (elevators), so much that i walk up the stairs in the convent garden tube station instead of getting the lift. And also because i am scared of getting stuck in one and running out of oxygen (how do they get oxygen in them anyway). Hope you can share yours xx
Losing my own strength, mentally of course, and not be able to find my true self anytime soon. Of course I'm scared of death, etc, etc. But primarily, I don't want to lose my own "sanctum" and be expected to be controlled by someone else, not being able to do any expression.
Death can be pretty scary at times. But soon it's all over and you won't worry about anything else. It's the real stuff that you have to be scared of.
